Getting There

Evoke Retreat takes place at Elk Ridge Resort, located on the edge of the Prince Albert National Park.

Workshops & Itinerary

From somatic practices to mental health education, each session is designed to support your wellbeing in a grounded, accessible way. You’ll have the opportunity to build your own retreat experience by selecting the workshops that resonate most with you.

Our Keynote Speakers

Farideh

Farideh is a musical comedian and storyteller whose viral songs about motherhood, female health, and the ridiculousness of life have earned her over 1.5M followers and hundreds of millions of views. Her music has been featured on Good Morning America, TV shows including Workin’ Moms and You Me Her, and on comedy radio across North America. Based in Saskatchewan, she blends her 20 years of experience as a musician with sharp comedic writing to create a digital and live experience that is hilarious and wildly relatable.

Cecilia Kissel

Cecilia Kissel is the founder of “Sacred Bloom” and “Coming Home to Self,” where she creates experiences, courses, and tools that help people reconnect with their inner voice and cultivate deeper self-worth.

 

Through speaking, storytelling, and guided reflection, Cecilia invites audiences to pause, reflect, and begin living more intentionally. Her work centers on the belief that growth begins when we return to ourselves with compassion and honesty.
