About Neoma Wellness
Making mental health support more accessible across Saskatchewan.
Neoma Wellness is a Saskatchewan-based non-profit organization working to improve access to mental health care through community, education, advocacy, and subsidized support.
Founded in 2022 and established as a non-profit in 2023, Neoma Wellness was created in response to a growing and urgent need: mental health care should be compassionate, timely, and stigma-free, not dependent on income or circumstance.
Through partnerships, programming, and direct financial support, we work to remove financial and systemic barriers so women can access care earlier, more equitably, and with dignity.
Why We Exist
Breaking Barriers
Across Saskatchewan, many women face significant barriers to mental health care, from high out-of-pocket costs to limited community-based services and long wait times. Too often, support is delayed until a crisis point.
Neoma Wellness exists to change that.
Our work prioritizes prevention, early intervention, and long-term well-being, helping people access support before challenges escalate.

Our Approach
Neoma Wellness is guided by Dr. Bill Hettler’s Six Dimensions of Wellness. Recognizing that mental health is connected to every part of life: emotional, physical, intellectual, occupational, social, and spiritual.
This holistic framework helps us design programs that support the whole person, fostering resilience, healing, and sustainable wellbeing.
