OUR TEAM & LEADERSHIP
Guided by community, lived experience, and accountability.

Stewardship that keeps our mission strong and our impact focused.
Neoma Wellness is led by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of community leaders, professionals, caregivers, advocates, and individuals with lived experience. Together, they provide governance, strategic direction, and stewardship to ensure the organization operates with transparency, integrity, and long-term sustainability.

As a volunteer-led organization, this structure allows Neoma Wellness to maximize funding for direct community impact while maintaining strong oversight and accountability.

Kelsey Fitch
President and Founder

Kelsey Fitch is a Canadian award-winning singer/songwriter, mother of two, manager of her family’s waste management company, lifestyle creator, mental health advocate, speaker, and founder of Neoma Wellness and The Evoke Conference. After years of pressure in the music industry and major life changes—including motherhood and the sudden loss of her father—Kelsey faced her own battles with anxiety and depression. Seeing a lack of community, education, and accessible mental-health support, she committed herself to healing and to helping others do the same. Today, she uses her platforms and events to raise awareness, advocate for better care, and share practical tools for wellness and self-love.
