Accessible mental health support
for women rooted in community, compassion, and care.

Neoma Wellness is a Saskatchewan-based nonprofit expanding access to compassionate, community-driven mental health support for women.

WHY NEOMA EXISTS
Making Mental Health Support More Accessible
So you don’t have to navigate mental health alone.
Neoma Wellness improves access to mental health care for women across Saskatchewan by addressing the barriers that prevent timely support, cost, stigma, and lack of community-based options.
Through subsidized counselling, education, advocacy, and wellness programming, we work alongside service providers and community partners to ensure women can access care that is compassionate, culturally responsive, and grounded in real life.
HOW WE CAN HELP

Community & Advocacy
We elevate women’s voices, raise awareness, and advocate for more inclusive and responsive mental health systems. Through partnerships and collaboration, we work to reduce stigma and build shared understanding.

Programs & Support
We design and deliver mental health programs that meet women where they are — including events, education, and access to subsidized counselling when cost is a barrier.

Sustainable Impact
We build strong funding partnerships and diversified revenue streams to ensure mental health support remains accessible today and for years to come.

OUR FRAMEWORK
Supporting the whole person, not just the symptoms.
We believe mental health is not one-dimensional; it is shaped by every part of our lives.
When we care for our whole selves, we build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen our ability to navigate life’s challenges.
Neoma Wellness is guided by Dr. Bill Hettler’s Six Dimensions of Wellness, a holistic framework that recognizes the deep connection between mental, physical, social, spiritual, intellectual, and occupational well-being. This model reminds us that healing and growth are interconnected; no single part of life exists in isolation.
By honouring all six dimensions of wellness, we design programs and supports that see each person as a whole, acknowledging both challenges and strengths, and fostering sustainable, long-term wellbeing.
